Amaray Box Print

An Amaray Box is a retail packaging option for DVD use (primarily). When you purchase DVDs in stores, then normally come in the “black” amaray plastic box. Amaray boxes are also used for CD packaging.

The Amaray templates are listed as:

Booklet print – goes inside the amaray box
Folder print – goes inside the amaray box
Wrapper print – goes outside the amamray box
Slip Case print – holds multiple amaray boxes

 

Amaray Booklet Print

Stock: 100# coated text
Ink: 4 color process + black (4/1) or 4 color process/2 sides (4/4)
Pages in groups of four (from 8 to 32 pages).
Finished booklets are stitched (wire staples) to hold together.

Stock: 100# coated text
Ink: 4 color process/1 side (4/0), 4 color process + black (4/1)
or 4 color process/2 sides (4/4).
Pages in groups of 2 (from 2 to 12 pages).
Folders are constructed of one (1) piece of paper.

Amaray Slip Case Print - 3 Case template - 4 Case template

Stock: 18pt C2s Board
Ink: 4 color process/1 side (4/0) Aqueous coating is applied
Slip Cases are made to hold 3 or 4 amaray boxes; and used primarily in retail stores for “collection” product.

Amaray Wrapper Print - template

Stock: 100# coated text
Ink: 4 color process/1 side (4/0).
If a translucent or clear amaray box is used:
4 color process + black (4/1) or 4 color process/2 sides (4/4).
Wrappers are constructed of one (1) piece of paper.
